This is a word that modern Greeks often use to describe doing something with soul, creativity, or love — when you put “something of yourself” into what you’re doing, whatever it may be.

Hi, I’m Fran. I’m an introvert, cynic, kick-ass mom, trophy wife (eh, kinda), serious lover of food, trying weekly to perfect my GF pizza crust. I like things neat, clean, honest, straight-forward, delicious, and pleasing to the eye. I’m task-oriented. I’m sometimes known as “no fun Fran”, but I’m having a blast with this new-found free-time, after founding, growing, and selling a natural foods business.

I’m striving to catch up on and go through life with so much presence, that I actually put “something of myself” in all that I do.
